Installing takes three moves
Follow the three lines for your computer. There is nothing else to do.
Mac
- Click the green button. The file lands in your downloads.
- Open that file, then drag Multifus into the Applications folder.
- Open Multifus. It walks you through the rest, step by step.
And then?
Multifus opens and guides you. It shows you the boxes to tick, in your computer and in Dofus. Two minutes, once.
The questions people ask
Yes, and forever. Nothing to pay, no account to create, no advertising. There is no paid version hiding behind it.
Multifus does not touch Dofus Retro. It reads nothing inside, it changes nothing inside, and it never plays for you.
Ankama tolerates this kind of software as long as it stays that way. It said so in a post from Dofus Retro (new tab) and in a thread on the official forum (new tab), both quoted on Ankama and Multifus.
On Mac, Apple has checked the file: on the first launch, macOS only asks you to confirm, and says no malicious software was found. On Windows, your computer may ask for confirmation: Multifus is still young, and Windows does not know it yet.
Either way, it creates no account and sends nothing that names you: no nickname, no message, no note, no game file. It shares usage statistics, which a box in Settings turns off, and the Legal notice gives the detail. Telegram only receives your messages if you wire up Private messages yourself.
The only Multifus site is multifus.app, and the only download comes from github.com/viclafouch/multifus (new tab). Any other site offering Multifus is a copy, and the file it gives can steal your account.
